SEARCH ADS
Search Ads are the text ads that appear at the top of page one of Google and Google’s Search Partners, like Google Maps. The idea is simple. Someone searches for your service. They see an ad and click on it. They go to your website. You only pay when someone clicks on your ad.
In essence, it’s a “pay-for-performance” type of marketing. You only pay for quality, high-converting traffic to your website.
REMARKETING & DISPLAY ADS
Display Ads appear on other websites that have installed “Google Display Network Ads.” Google acts as a broker between the publishers of these websites and the advertisers like you.
For ecommerce website, the ads can be configured to show your product lines with current prices and pictures of your items. Remarketing can even be configured to show the product that a person recently viewed on your website.
Targeting options for Display Ads are extensive. Demographics, recent online behaviors, the content of a webpage - and even people that have recently visited your competitor's websites. Ask your account manager for ideas.
Aim Locally can create Responsive Ads for your business that will fit most available ad spaces. Or, you can create your own.
SHOPPING ADS
Shopping Ads are the product "tile" ads that appear at the top of page one of Google and Google’s Search Partners when someone is searching for a product to buy online.
Shopping Ads require a Google Merchant Center account and a daily datafeed from your website to Google Merchant Center.
For e-commerce websites, Shopping Ads are typically the most profitable and scalable.
GOOGLE GRANTS
Google offers 501c3 non-profits the opportunity to advertise on page one of Google.com for free - up to $10,000 per month. The program is called Google Grants.
Aim Locally can manage your Google Grant account for you. Google Ads Grant accounts have additional requirements and certain minimum metrics must be maintained and we have the experience to make sure you get the maximum benefit from your Ads.
Note: You must already have been accepted into the Google Grant program and have obtained your Google Ads account. We cannot help you apply for the Grant account.
